LINN ELEMENTARY HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION!
Dear Parent/Guardian(s):
The students are so excited for Friday and can’t wait to show off their costumes, get some candy, and have some Halloween fun! We’re excited too! We want to be respectful to little ones who might scare easily and items that could make a mess at school or be disruptive to the learning environment, therefore, we ask that you adhere to the guidelines below:
Costumes can be worn to school or brought and changed into later. If your child wears his/her costume, please have them put it over their regular clothing or send other clothing to put on in case a need arises. Sometimes students are cold at recess, spill on their costume, or just get uncomfortable and want to change.
No face paint will be allowed.
Students can bring a Halloween mask to be worn during their party and/or during the parade, but are not allowed to wear it on the bus or into school for safety reasons.
No toy guns, knives, or other weapons of any kind will be allowed.
The parade is at 2pm with parties to follow. Proper background checks and volunteer forms must be completed if you wish to attend the parties.
If you are sending in treats, please do not send in homemade treats.
Thank you for your help and support in making it an enjoyable time for all!
Linn Elementary has an immediate opening for a paraprofessional. Please follow the link below to apply.
