Our Parents as Teachers coordinators Abbie Duke and Cassie Sneller met with PAT District Director Emma Willims and Elementary Principal Tracy Kingsley today to review the program, share information, and to start the preliminary work for Kindergarten Roundup and Kindergarten Screenings this spring. If you have a child(ren) between birth and kindergarten and are not working with Mrs. Duke or Mrs. Sneller, I highly encourage you to contact them. They have a wealth of information and age appropriate activities to support and encourage the healthy development of young children. Their contact information is below.

Our sixth graders learned about the importance of teamwork today while doing some measuring and trial/error. They attempted to build the highest tower using only spaghetti noodles, tape, and string. It had to be free standing and strong enough to hold a large marshmallow. The tallest tower made today was 51 cm!

What a great first day back! We celebrated these fantastic kiddos with a Way To Go, Wildcat this morning. Keep up the great work!!
