Wildcats Families- due to an abundance of caution, classes at Osage County R2 schools will be closed today (8-21-2024) as well as all activities until further notice. Our students' and staff's safety is our primary concern; we will continue to collaborate with the Osage County Sheriff's department for updates and guidance. Thank you for your understanding and support as we navigate this unexpected situation. -Bob Superintendent

Good evening Wildcat Families- after conferring with law enforcement officials, Linn R-II will be in session 8/22/2024. As always, please make the best decision for you and your family regarding attendance . We will continue to collaborate with law-enforcement to ensure our students and staffs safety. Thank you for your support and understanding. Our buses will do their very best to be on time; we encourage everyone east of Linn R-II to supervise their children while at bus stops or drop them off on campus.

The back gate to Osage County R-2 will be open each school day from 6-8:30 am and then again for afternoon traffic from 2:45- 4:30 pm. As we increase construction activities on campus later in the year, the gate may need to be closed all day. We hope the current open/closed schedule will help alleviate traffic in the meantime. Good luck to all of our Wildcat families as we head into our first day of school tomorrow! -Bob

Osage R2 Bus 32 is running late.

Due to deteriorating road conditions. Osage County R-2 Schools will dismiss at 10:15 am today, Friday, Feb 16.
